Important Clarification: Browsing the website, using content, downloading files, or any other action within it constitutes unqualified agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to any term, you must exit the website immediately.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

The website RonRov.com (hereinafter: the "Website") is operated by RONROV (hereinafter: "Website Management" or the "Operator"). These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the Operator and any person browsing or using the Website (hereinafter: the "User"). The masculine form is used for convenience but applies to all genders.

2. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Full copyright and intellectual property rights in the Website, including:

  • All images, photographs, and visual content.
  • Source Code, Content Management System (CMS), Databases, website design, CSS and JavaScript files.
  • Texts, articles, guides, and the Domain Name.

Are the exclusive property of the Operator. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, market, translate, or adapt any part of the Website without express prior written permission.

3. Image License Terms

Violation of the license terms below will be considered copyright infringement and will entail legal proceedings and a demand for maximum statutory damages without proof of damage.

✅ Permitted: Personal Use Only

Downloading and using images is permitted strictly for private, non-commercial purposes (such as wallpapers, student work, personal social media), provided no changes or distortions are made.

⛔ Prohibited: Commercial Use Without License

It is strictly prohibited to use images for profit, advertising, marketing, business promotion, commercial websites, or products without obtaining written permission and payment (if required).

Additional Strict Prohibitions:

  • AI & Scraping: Absolutely no scraping, use of bots, or using images for training Artificial Intelligence models.
  • Removing Credit: It is forbidden to remove Watermarks or Metadata from files.

4. Prohibited Conduct and Information Security

The User undertakes NOT to perform the following actions:

  • Impersonation of another person or entity.
  • Performing any action that disrupts the Website's activity, including injecting malicious code, viruses, Trojan horses, or Data Mining.
  • Bypassing security mechanisms or attempting to penetrate the Website's management systems.

5. User Content and Comments

When uploading a comment or content to the Website, the User declares that the content belongs to them and does not infringe on third-party rights. The Website Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to delete any content, edit it, or refuse to publish it. The User bears full responsibility for any libel claim or damage caused by content published on their behalf.

6. Limitation of Liability (AS IS)

The Service on the Website is provided "AS IS". The Website Management shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage caused to the User or a third party as a result of using the Website.
  • Technical failures, server downtime, data loss, or cyber attacks.
  • Accuracy of content, errors in content, or broken links.

Use of the Website is at the User's sole responsibility.

7. Indemnification

The User undertakes to indemnify and compensate the Website Management, its employees, or anyone acting on its behalf, for any damage, loss, loss of profit, payment, or expense incurred by them – including legal fees and court costs – due to a violation of these Terms of Use, or due to a claim filed against the Website Management as a result of the User's actions on the Website.

8. Jurisdiction and Changes

The Website Management reserves the right to change these terms, terminate the Website's activity, or change its nature at any time and without prior notice.

These terms shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute regarding the Website is vested in the competent courts in the Central or Tel Aviv Districts only.
