1.1 RonRov.com, including any page, gallery, image, text, file, system, service, technical component, subdomain, interface, feature, admin area, API, related content, or future service connected to it, operates subject to these Terms of Use.
1.2 Any entry to the site, browsing, viewing of content, searching, sharing, commenting, submitting inquiries, use of information, or any other action on the site constitutes agreement to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time.
1.3 If you do not agree to any term, in whole or in part, you must immediately stop all use of the site.
1.4 These terms apply to any use of the site, from any device, system, browser, network, interface, software, bot, script, automated service, or other technological means.
2.1 All images, files, texts, designs, metadata, descriptions, tags, media elements, and all other content on the site are displayed for viewing only.

2.6 Permissions lawfully granted before 18.03.2026 shall remain in effect in accordance with the terms in force at the time permission was granted. Any new use from that date onward requires a formal request and prior written approval.

3.4 Any right not expressly granted to the user is fully reserved by the operator.
4.1 It is strictly prohibited to perform scraping, crawling, harvesting, data mining, extraction, indexing, copying at scale, data collection, database creation, automated monitoring, or any other automated use of the site or its contents without prior written permission from the operator.
4.2 It is strictly prohibited to use the site's images, texts, metadata, tags, titles, descriptions, catalog structure, site data, or any other component thereof for training, tuning, testing, evaluation, benchmarking, dataset creation, embeddings, vectorization, automated captioning, tagging, data enrichment, fine-tuning, synthetic data generation, or for the development, operation, or improvement of artificial intelligence systems, models, search systems, recognition systems, or any other automated system, without prior written permission from the operator.
4.3 This prohibition also applies to partial, indirect, experimental, research, commercial, or non-commercial use.
5.1 The site may not be used, whether directly or indirectly, for any unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, rights-infringing, or otherwise improper purpose, or in any way that may harm the site, its operator, other users, or third parties.
5.2 It is prohibited to attempt to bypass security mechanisms, access restrictions, viewing-only mechanisms, technical protections, download restrictions, or any other limitation implemented on the site.
5.3 It is prohibited to perform intrusion attempts, scanning, vulnerability testing, unauthorized data extraction, interference with site operations, creation of abnormal load, or any action that may impair the availability, stability, or security of the site.
6.1 Use of the site and its contents is at the user’s sole responsibility.
6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its contents are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6.3 The operator does not guarantee that the site will operate without interruption, without malfunctions, without errors, without downtime, or that any content will be available at all times.
6.4 The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the operator, its employees, suppliers, representatives, and anyone acting on its behalf, from and against any damage, loss, expense, payment, liability, demand, or claim, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal costs, arising out of or related to a breach of these Terms of Use, a violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, prohibited use of the site, or user-submitted content provided by the user.
6.5 This indemnification obligation shall survive the end of use of the site or the termination of these Terms of Use, to the extent the cause of action arises from an act or omission that occurred during the period of use.
7.1 These Terms of Use shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
7.2 The courts of competent jurisdiction in the Central District or Tel Aviv District of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the site or its use, unless otherwise required by non-waivable law.
7.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or void, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
7.4 In the event of any inconsistency between the Hebrew version of these Terms of Use and any translated version, the Hebrew version shall prevail.
